I have been there 3 times, I get a basic hair cut,11/2 off the bottom and the same off the top really like Andrew he's great!

Have used this place before. Finally found on that could do a good job. Today I tried someone else , so sorry I did I should left and waited those if the one I used would be in another day. But I thought they need a chance. Don’t do it. She cut a chunk off the back and said she needed to wet it down. I was soaked with the water bottle,then she went and got a de tangler spray. Soaked me down again. And now that spray got in my eye. I have always worn a simple bob cut. She blunt cut it won’t go under showed me the back and I had told her it will roll under with the flip of the hand DONE. Didn’t care I’m dripping wet and she said someone element there can cut it. Nothing left to cut or I wouldn’t have hair to turn under. No I’m DONE. Her answer is if you don’t like it don’t pay for it. Sad part I felt she did her best all of maybe 5 minutes. Going home to dry my hair and clothes out Needless to say I need to find a new place. She isn’t trained well in anyway of hair Service: Haircut

NEVER going back here! I only went because they were open earlier than other spots. The old lady that cut my hair was rough! Basically hitting my head everytime she went to cut my hair with the clippers! Hair cut no good at all! It wasn't even AND she left cuts on my hair line trying to line me up! Zero Stars if I could!

From their national website right to their local store here, what a great experience it was all around! My stylist was awesome. My hair was cut the way I actually asked for it to be styled, the stylist was intelligent and didn't prattle on needlessly. The entire salon was so clean you could practically eat off the surfaces and with a call ahead appointment, there was no waiting. Ask for Andres at Palm Desert CA on Monterey location, salon Nr 5155; excellent sense of the right shape and cut for me. Very thorough, professional; knows hair! Was able to blow dry my hair using only a comb, now that is a pro!!!

Always a positive experience there and rarely a wait. Good idea to call ahead anyway, but a place that would be worth the wait if there ever was such an occurrence. If you want your hair styled the way you are comfortable with, this is the place to go.
