I've gone several times and same thing happens every time. I get there and sit at a table fine, I see other couples/parties get to their tables (3 parties). I am waiting...still waiting...then the other 3 parties get serviced first meanwhile I have not been acknowledged. The other get menus and drinks and here I am still waiting to even get acknowledged and when I did it was after I waved my arms in the air like I'm trying to fly. It was bad. I like their food but the service has got to change.

Service was bad, waited for 50 mins for our food after it was ordered. Asked a older lady waitress for assistance and she acknowledged walked away waving her hand in the air implying to wait. They couldn't find our order ticket, and when we got our food one of our orders was wrong, order chicken and gave us beef. No manager in charge to complain, and still had to pay full price, no discount for their bad service.

Great size portions, quality flavor, nice vibe. The prices are low, the chips that are brought over are crispy, the salsa has a nice kick.

The food is excellent and plentiful! The staff are very pleasant and accommodating. Prices are reasonable. Nice ambience. I have been there three times and I'm hooked! Features: Masks encouraged but not required.

Went for dinner Sunday night. About 6 minute wait by the front, waiting to be seated. Lady asked us if we had and order to pick up, said no we’d like a table. She walks away to a back room and slams the door behind her. Left immediately after that. Don’t waste your time here.

I'm 96 years old and I'm a World War Two veteran, I love the Alameda R Restaurant. The soups and the food are delicious Yum Yum. The waitresses are beautiful, fantastic and attentive, give them a good tip. Go there and be happy 😊

This restaurant has a quiet atmosphere, and depending on whom is at work will determine the type of music that is playing. The food is excellent. I've tried many things on the menu. The service is good. The wait staff are respectful. I love their sweet tea!! You won't be disappointed.
