Best sandwich shop in Rialto, California (CA) 2024

This place has the best chicken salad sandwich I’ve ever had. Ingredients were fresh. Also had the tortilla soup it was really yummy. and my 5 year old had a plain turkey sandwich that she also loved. Will definitely return for more yummy food and I also want to check out their vitamins. The staff is really friendly. ~Cynthia

Horrible customer service. The app wouldn't take our breakfast coupon, even though it was well before lunch time. No help from the girl taking our order. So we ended up spending over 10 bucks more than we should have. We stood and waited 26 minutes. Standing and waiting for almost a half hour. No apologies. We asked if our order had been forgotten and we were told they were too backed up with breakfast items. I've never been to a McDonald's and waited almost half an hour for an order. We finally get our food and coffee. There were zero napkins by the drink counter, so I had to go ask for those up at the front. No condiments. I asked for those, as well. The coffee was lukewarm. We assumed so because of how long the food took. The final straw was an entire sandwich was forgotten from our order. Never once were we given an apology or compensation for all this ridiculousness. I won't be returning to this location. I almost let it ruin my day, but my partner said we should just eat and go because we were on our way to our anniversary getaway. Will NOT return to this location. ~Rachel
