Just came back for a coke literally waiting 25 min and the place was dirty DONT GO HERE TRUST ME....This is the worst McDonald's ever I can't even tell you .. it's the worst drive thru ever DONT GO HERE THEY MESS ORDERS UP DAILY One time I came just for a sweet tea Went inside to make it quick waited 20 minutes inside I was the only person ordering I can't make this up Got to car after waiting long (a shift leader finally noticing and giving me my drink) Tasted my drink and it was ice coffee....!!! Spit it out went inside now there was a line and I walked to the front and said it was the wrong drink and waited another 15 minutes for my sweat teA ... I have PLENTY OTHER BAD EXPERIENCES DONT GO HERE

Horrible customer service. The app wouldn't take our breakfast coupon, even though it was well before lunch time. No help from the girl taking our order. So we ended up spending over 10 bucks more than we should have. We stood and waited 26 minutes. Standing and waiting for almost a half hour. No apologies. We asked if our order had been forgotten and we were told they were too backed up with breakfast items. I've never been to a McDonald's and waited almost half an hour for an order. We finally get our food and coffee. There were zero napkins by the drink counter, so I had to go ask for those up at the front. No condiments. I asked for those, as well. The coffee was lukewarm. We assumed so because of how long the food took. The final straw was an entire sandwich was forgotten from our order. Never once were we given an apology or compensation for all this ridiculousness. I won't be returning to this location. I almost let it ruin my day, but my partner said we should just eat and go because we were on our way to our anniversary getaway. Will NOT return to this location.

Fast service, great quality good. However, I would say the gentleman passing out the food could do a little better in his customer service. Other then that.. am likely to return!

A lot of fast food restaurants have fallen short lately and don't care about quality. Unfortunately the McDonald's franchise falls under that category. I asked for fresh I got dry burnt smelly food.

This place is the worst, the show case with was so dirty could not read menu, staff was not happy when I told him it need to be clean as you can't see to read too dirty. I got home I was missing chicken 20 peace nuggets two orders. Hamburger was cold not warm, cold. I was not happy at all. Will never go back to this place. Close down or do better.

Terrible service here. My friend and I ordered food from the kiosk and then waited 40 minutes no one call our number. We ask the cashier guy and he said because you ordered it from kiosk and they don’t see in the computer. My friend said we don’t have time to wait and wanted money back. The guy said no return if you want to sue us. go ahead •••• At this time a lady bring a bag says #617 this is yours. My friend said we wanted the money back. Then the manager was attitude return the money. I looked at her name is Erika and she is a manager. She didn’t say sorry instead of attitude. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

It's the worst McDonald's I've ever been in. The food is substandard at best. All the employees are cussing and grabassing around. The cashier is lost and badly trained. The cooks burned the patties of my Double Quarter Pounder, not to mention forgetting one of the parties. An overall disaster. Never again and I strongly suggest all to avoid this cruddy shack of spit.
