Pizza was hard and cold tasted like it was sitting there about 2 hours. Cannot believe they would serve something like this to good paying customers good way to lose business and I used to love this place what a let down😒

This particular location is super busy and a 20 to 30 minutes wait. Pizza wasn't as good but it was game day football. So maybe that's the reason the wait was so long. Usually I am 😊.

Be careful when you do portal pick up. About 50% of the time for us the order has been wrong. Check before you drive home. Common sense I guess. Further more the exchange didn't go to smoothly. You would think the little snitt at the counter would be a little nicer being it was there mistake both times. But once strained out pizza is good. UPDATE...round 3 Think I would have learned from my mistske but no. Order of crazy bread with dip+extra order of dip...came With NO dip. Now no one is at the counter so your on your own. THIS PLACE IS A HOT MESS RUN BY MYRON TEANAGERS.

Edit for 2022: When you order online for the Pizza Portal, make sure you go inside and ASK the cashier to check for your online order. DO NOT WAIT FOR YOUR NAME TO SHOW UP ON THE SCREEN. I asked after waiting for 15 minutes over my scheduled time to ask about it and they had it the whole time in the warming boxes behind the counter *face palm* Their reasoning was that there wasn't enough room in the portals (but they were mostly empty for as long as I was there). Hope this helps someone... My kids love the Crazy Bread Combo, and the pizza with stuffed crust gets gobbled up. This isn't a high end pizza parlour, but it scratches the itch especially if you're on a tight budget. I understand with staff shortages, it takes a little longer for things to be cooked up, so you just have to be patient. We order on the app and pick it up from the lockers with the code we get. Easy peasy.

20minute wait is not Hot & ready.... second location that doesn't have hot & ready. Whats going on? Its like having a McDonald's broken ice cream machine, its just not consumer ready.

I love how clean and upgraded the establishment looks. My pizza was in the pizza portal and it was cooked so well! Crust was perfectly crispy and it wasn't soggy(like pizza hut for some reason). I'm very appreciative of the employees because it's obvious they are doing their job well. Love little caesars 😍

The absolute worst service. I waited more than 45 minutes past expected wait time. All visible employees were working with NO sense of urgency for the 6 customers waiting for their orders. Ultimately, I asked for a refund after the 3rd "5-10 more minutes" response was no longer going to keep me waiting. No apology, no sense of caring that their customers were waiting an unreasonable amount of time.
