I would give no stars if I could . There was a piece missing from the breadsticks. The wings weren’t the right flavor , and the pizza was burnt . Save your money .

Ughhh I haven’t ate at Pizza Hut in years and now I’m mad I did….I ordered pan crust and it’s all soft with way to much sauce and my pizza is just falling apart don’t order from here

Called about 4xs in less then 20 mins to change my order . They don't answer the phone and they Hang up on you .. Stop hiring little Kids . I'll take my Money to Domino's Pizza instead .. Get new Crew

If I could give 0 stars I would horrible customer and management, very rude employees. I ordered my children dinner a large cheese pizza, my husband picked it up he returned home and I put the pizza on plates for my kids to eat. I noticed there was no sauce on the pizza so I called the restaurant request to speak to a manager and was speaking to Manuel. He was very rude and condescending from the very beginning. I told him the pizza had no sauce and my kids didn’t like it so I threw it out, he then said it would of been obvious the pizza had no sauce so why would you touch it. I then asked how would that of been obvious if the cheese is on the top and the sauce is underneath. We were going back and forth for a while not getting anywhere and he told me he can’t offer me a refund or replacement because I touched the food. I asked to speak to the general manager and he said he was which he wasn’t. He laughed and said it doesn’t get any higher than him, I called back and the employees refused to give their name and someone who said he was a driver told me to call tomorrow to speak to the general manager. Total waste of money why would you make a pizza with no sauce then tell me I should of noticed it after I opened and touch the pizza. Please pull the phone calls from 5/4 between 7-7:30pm pst time since all calls are recorded. The employee/so called manager hung up and no one answered calls in the restaurant for the next 10 minutes. Do not order from here pizza was barely cooked horrible quality

I enjoy this location. They are super friendly and fast. The one time they got my pizza wrong they replaced it for free. Everything is good. Except for probably 2/5 times that I order the garlic parmesan boneless wings. 3/5 times they are great. But those 2/5 times they arent garlic parmesan, they're plain with a dash of sauce like this picture. It only ever happens to this one flavor.

I received a call after ordering through the app where I was told they didn't have the soda I wanted. I chose a replacement and they told me the pizza was on its way and would be there very soon. About an hour later it still hadn't arrived. I called 2 times and waited on hold until the automated system hung up on me. The third time I was finally able to speak to someone and they said that the pizza had already been delivered. I told them I hadn't received it and they said I'd have to wait 15 minutes for the delivery driver to get back to the store to figure out what happened and they would call me back. When they finally called back they told me that someone else has the same address as me (definitely not true, I checked) and that it got delivered to the wrong address. They said it would be another 20 minutes before they could send us our order. It finally showed up 2 hours after the order was originally placed. I understand that mistakes happen, but the employees didn't seem concerned at all with the mistake or finding a way to fix it. I felt like I was practically begging them to send me the food I paid for. Overall poor experience.

This outlet of Pizza Hut is simply great. So far I ordered here 3 / 4 times for pizza and I always had good food as well as great customer service. The staff is always polite, considerate and very helpful. There is no seating arrangement here as this is a grab and go place. Usually there aren’t more than 3 parking spots but you shouldn't be spending more than a few minutes here. If you order pizza then you should use their app for all the latest deals. It’s easy to use and convenient. I'll definitely continue to go to this Pizza Hut.

This was THE worst pizza hut experiences ever! We ordered for delivery and when it arrived I grabbed two slices and the toppings/cheese slid right off, the crust was soggy and under cooked. Our second pizza was the wrong crust and under cooked crust. We had already ignored the fact that when we placed the order online that it wrongly charged us an additional $4.50 for extra cheese (which we did not get) and for additional toppings (which we again did not get, I even deleted one of the meats the specialty pizza I ordered came with! When we called to ask why the online system was doing that and could we just place the order via phone so to not be charged incorrectly, the female employee told us no and that she didn't know why it was adding charges but that we'd have to just figure it out. Needless to say we were not very happy. We had just spent $34.98 plus a tip. We called and said we would like the pizzas re-made correctly and that we would be down to pick them up so that we could bring the ones that were bad and make things quicker (remember now we were hungry and having to wait more time). The female employee said she would do that and credit us for the charge. She then put us on hold. About 5 min later she came back on the line and said she could not refund us but would give us a store credit. We told her this would not suffice as we would most likely not be using them again. We asked to speak to a manager. The manager Alex got on the phone and we told her the same thing. She then put us on hold. We were on hold a total of 30 freaking min. We finally hung up when we arrived at your location. Here we were met by a female employee named Kim. She said she was acting manager. I told her the issue, showed her the pizzas, told her I wanted my money back and she told me that she cant refund my money, just remake my pizza or give me a store credit. Then she went in the back and a young man came and spoke with us. He told me i could come back on Thursday (this was on Tuesday) when Melissa the regional manager is there. I said not acceptable. What kind of company does not give you a refund if they cannot A. Good customer service B. Quality product ??!! He then finally got this manager on the phone and only refunded me for $22. I paid a total of $37.98 and only received $22. I started the order at 8:15pm and finally left pizza hut at 9:50pm (still not having any food for dinner) yet you could not even refund me for the delivery or tax or the tip i no longer wanted the driver to have seeing as he couldn't do his job and check to see if the order he was in charge of transporting was correct? SERIOUSLY?! I cannot believe this. I will NEVER eat at another pizza hut again and this review is being shared on my social media so now neither will my friends or family. Train your employees on how to take customer complaints Melissa!

Hmmmmm. Pretty sure I didn't order extra crust on this pizza. Looks like it was a medium and they added crust to make it a large. Used to be a good pizza hut. Not buying from here again.
