Very rude employees. Walked in and none of the two employees acknowledge us, I said HELLO and they just ignored me. Took them a while to ask if I was ready to order. Seemed like they were bothered by us. Been to other Baskin Robbins locations and ever have I experienced such a bad vibe from employees, management needs to train these girls. From the 4 items we ordered 2 of the waffle cone were hard as a rock, couldn’t even eat it. Waste of money. Whoever is in charge of this location please train your employees on customer service. There was no name tags on the girls on the receipt it says Khalil but it was two Hispanic girls. Will try to contact corporate to resolve this issue because I doubt there’s even a manager on site. ~Cristina

I bought some nachos (they were good) and a cup of plain strawberries in a cup. My strawberries seemed like they were sitting in the fridgerator for a while, and they have a foul order. I didn't really noticed until I started eating the top portion then I noticed they weren't fresh 😑 ~Cesia

One put 1 start to be able to leave A feed back!!! HORRIBLE STORE!! The first time bought meat it had HUMAN HAIRS, I gave it a second chance bought a pack of taco meat and it smelled horrible!!! It was really BAD!! Came to get my money back and THEY TOLD ME to wait 10 minutes because manager was on brake! What’s up with the CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE!! NEVER COMING BACK HERE!!! This store has a good selection but the highlight was the amazing customer service I received from Alondra! She was working alone and multiple came in, she handled the rush with grace and good communication. Such a great employee! ~Shanda
