I always have an amazing experience at this location. Everyone is very helpful. Today Elizabeth provided me with excellent service and suggested a few products to me that I’m excited to try! She was very informed but not pushy! Thank you to all the employees here ! ~Marissa

I used to really like coming here, I don’t get my nails done very often but the last two times that I have been here it has been very rushed and they are very rough. I grow my natural nails and keep them with almond shape. I wanted the tech to clean up my almond shape and do a pink tip. She never compared any of my nails with the other hand and ruined the shape on almost all of my nails. Very careless. I was cut with a nail file that’s how rough, careless and quick she was being. Unfortunately this will be the last time I will come back. I really wanted to stand up and walk out while she was working on my hands. She did okay on my pedi but I think a 12 year old could have painted my toes much cleaner. I paid $60 to walk out unhappy… UPDATE: it’s been 6 days since my manicure and two of my nails have now broke. Services: Pedicures, Manicures, Nail art ~Genesis

Spoke with Donna about starting the process for locs. At 6 pm, I sent close up pics of my braided hair so she could get an idea of my texture and I also told her I would be happy to take a braid out if she needed me to. She responded to my text the next day at 5 am and she initially quoted me a price of $600 and told me where to purchase the hair. I responded ok, how many packs should I get and I also asked about dyeing my hair. She rudely responded back, I need pics of your hair with braids out and my quote is now between $600-$1000 because it’s usually more work than anticipated. Very unprofessional and why text a potential client at 5 am??? So inconsiderate! ~Stephanie
