Best cell phone store in San Francisco, California (CA) 2024

These people can't fix anything. I see that the owner has responded, so I'll add to my comment. I've come in many times to the store to try to fix the fact that my 5G phone doesn't get 5G on verizon, and they've given me nothing but excuses and an attempt to replace my sim card... with another 4G sim card. Every time I come in they tell me that they aren't "techs" so they can't fix these issues, and I need to call 611. But when I call 611 they tell me to go into a store. Comedy. ~David
