Extremely bad customer service and the staff were rude. They refused to answer a few simple questions I had about a potential phone trade-in and upgrade. I was told I had to make an appointment and come back, although there were two members of staff free, just talking among themselves. I will be moving to AT&T after this experience.

These people can't fix anything. I see that the owner has responded, so I'll add to my comment. I've come in many times to the store to try to fix the fact that my 5G phone doesn't get 5G on verizon, and they've given me nothing but excuses and an attempt to replace my sim card... with another 4G sim card. Every time I come in they tell me that they aren't "techs" so they can't fix these issues, and I need to call 611. But when I call 611 they tell me to go into a store. Comedy.

Terrible customer service! Horribly managed, they need to get retrained or get new staff. Darrell, the manager, was very ignorant about the devices they had as well as having terrible manners.

Helped me in a Timely manner was greeted immediately with enthusiasm I wish I would had caught the 3 gentleman names that assisted but they teamed up and made my experience fast and easy asked if I owned a business seemingly it’s nice to see welcoming energy at a corporate location Thank you

Went here and decided not to buy a phone from them but decided instead to buy a more expensive better phone at 700$ less in Santa Rosa then the really awful phones they are selling when they got my phone number they permanently locked the phone down but never told me they ruined my day and if you cant afford to drive to a reputable dealer outsider of San Francisco and dont have an alternate phone and enough extra time to do this you coupd be without a phone for a gery long time amd why dont you calp the Verizon hotline to fix it oh yeah because they permanently locked your phone and never even mentioned it so if you have a life never ever ever g9nl to this store ever

Their staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't have an appointment, but was in the store within a few minutes. I knew the initial issue, so they were able to quickly troubleshoot. I drive home and discovered that fixing one problem created another one, so back I went. But same experience - within 10 minutes everything was taken care of.

They need to up their customer service. The staff is borderline rude to rude. I spent over $1,000 and as soon as the guy ran my card he started trying to juggle other customers too even though there were 5 or 6 staff members doing nothing when I walked it. Another customer kept asking for help and got progressively upset about being ignored and eventually started telling. Instead of helping they called the police. The customer was in the wrong but the staff could've de-escalated the situation. Next time I'd choose a different Version store

I purchased a phone for my uncle, due to covid i was unable to go to the store with him. my uncle is 70 year old and doesn't understand technology. my Uncle handed his working phone to Joseph. Joseph claimed to be the manager and will not touch my uncles phone. Keep in mind my uncle doesnt have a car and had to take a bus everythere. the day before, this verizon store didnt help him and told him to go to apple at stonestown. At apple they gladly spoke to me and even wiped down the phone after talking to me. Now back to the Verizon store; we then asked Joseph to please call me so i could understand the problem. Joseph will not listen to my uncle or talk to me with his phone, tried for 15mins. There is a big problem with this store. Verizon corporate needs to pay attention to why it a has a D rating on yelp and fourquare. Owners response below is less than sincere. The time wasted and risk of my uncle getting covid is not justified. This store needs change, your years of negative reviews speaks for itself.

I had never imagined being supported by a caring staff, at a place like Verizon. The staff at the store is unreal, George specifically is a wonderful team member that will help you with anything and everything you need and always find the best thing for your situation! This week I was robbed in downtown San Francisco, I went to the Verizon store the next morning to let them know and they immediately called the insurance company that I had been paying through them and had a brand new iPhone shipped to me within 24 hours. Moral of the story is pay the insurance company the monthly fee - it is totally worth it!!!! And ask for George when you visit the store on Mission Street :-)

Have consistently had amazing and exceptional service here. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They have found ways to structure plans that save me money too. Their detailed answers to my questions were the reason I switched to Verizon from AT&T (having been an ATT customer for 15 years).
