Best pharmacy in San Jose, California (CA) 2024

Im really upset of the way I was treated today. I been a costumer there for the past 7 years. I loved this place but I'm posting this to see if this helps Walgreens Pharmacy to better train their staff. After I told Mark (pharmacist) the reason of why I was getting a medication he made rude and discriminating comments and actions in front of me about it ("omg thats so bad let me get away from you") or ("wash your hands after you finish with her") which are unacceptable and unprofessional, I wasn't even ill this was just to protect my self. Being in the medical field (where pharmaceutical is under) he should better know what he will be exposed to and precautions they should take. Their staff should know them as well and Mark doesn't have to remind them of this precautions specially in front of a costumer. He did gave a consultation to the other person that was before me but he on the other staff didn't even bother to ask me or offer me one. I felt discriminated due to my condition. I did said he was so delicate because of his rudeness. He then 5 minutes later call my phone, he never apologized he was just giving me excuses of why he said and acted the way he did. He made me feel so awful and I think being in this field or working in other places this kind of acts are unacceptable, I don't know why he still is in this field if he doesn't know how to act and treat costumers despite of their condition or situation. I'll for sure change of Pharmacy. ~Erica
