Best cell phone store in San Marcos, California (CA) 2025

Accessibility: the accessible/disabled parking spots are three or four doors down in front of another store in this parking lot, and besides that the lot is usually pretty busy. The ramp to get onto the sidewalk is also at those accessible parking spots, not in front of Metro by T-Mobile. The doors to enter this store are pull doors but I almost always see them propped open. There is no air conditioning in this building so be prepared for the heat (October 3, 2021 and it is 92 degrees outside). Inside they have two single chairs to sit on near the front door. Experience: every time I come here it's a pretty good experience with nice employees but the problem is that there is usually only one employee working at a time, so you will have to wait for your turn. It's also super hot in here. The prices are cheaper though than other phone places. ~Alexandra

Victor did a great job switching me over to T-Mobile from my previous provider. Spoke to him on the phone about my needs, he took me in an hour later in the store, did not have to wait at all, he explained many awesome benefits and how to use them, set up caller ID's, we got to pick our new numbers. All done in a very reasonable amount of time, Victor was there the whole time, we didn't have to sit around waiting. Thank you Victor, I owe you :D ~Aleksey
