Victor did a great job switching me over to T-Mobile from my previous provider. Spoke to him on the phone about my needs, he took me in an hour later in the store, did not have to wait at all, he explained many awesome benefits and how to use them, set up caller ID's, we got to pick our new numbers. All done in a very reasonable amount of time, Victor was there the whole time, we didn't have to sit around waiting. Thank you Victor, I owe you :D

My first visit to get my new iPhone 13 Pro Max I was helped by an amazing associate who was younger and very accommodating. Unfortunately when it came time to bring in my iPhone to trade in an associate named David was there to help me. David started off my visit to let me know that if the system is not working it would be my responsibility to take my iPhone to another facility to ship back to tmobile. First off to start the experience in such a negative manner I would never do in my ten years of customer service civilian and military yet it seemed very casual to David. I responded to David in the same tone and attitude that I was delivered to let him know that I will not be doing that and to continue the process at this location to trade in. As the visit took place he went to the back room numerous which I assume a manager and other coworkers were residing. As I stood there not communicated of the situation. Finally he states the system is not working in which I asked if it was the IPad or the system without hesitation of even checking the other iPads he responded the system as if to rush the experience. He told me the only options for my trade in was to apply the discount to another device on another line and not my own. In conclusion please have this associate work on his interpersonal skills rather than looking at the iPad the whole time tapping the same button over and over while having his other hand in his pocket and maybe communicate to the customer of what is going on so the next customer won’t be standing there not knowing what’s going on. I understand if the system is being difficult but to not even try to use another iPad or ask another associate on the floor is appalling.

Sandra helped me get my Gmail account working again. She was all was able to change my old phone number that was still on my Gmail account & caused problems when I tried to recover my pass word. She worked with the Apple support team and together they literally fixed ALL of the problems that were going on with my phone that I was unable to fix by myself. A BIG thank you to Sandra who worked Very fast and efficient she was absolutely amazing & smiling the entire time….WOW❣️ Thanks again Sandra I appreciate everything you did for me today❣️

The staff was friendly and informative. I'm looking for a new Galaxy Samsung phone but I'm indecisive. I have a Galaxy S9 plus. It's been a good phone. I'm just looking to upgrade. I'm looking at S21, S22Ultra and S22 (not pictured).

Put on a waiting list everytime we come. We allowed a person to go ahead of us to pay their bill. Then they proceeded to help them with other things after the payment was done. Instead the employee should have said I will put you on the list but these 2 were here first. This happens a lot. They need customer service training. 🙄

Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted by someone that will add your name to their list of people waiting and let you know about how long the wait will be. I’m terrible with names, so unfortunately I don’t recall the name of the guy that ended up helping me, but he was great. Even when T-Mobile’s system messed up and wouldn’t let him select the correct plan for me, he was able to figure out a workaround and get me set up with what I wanted. My only complaint about my visit is that one of the employees seemed to be testing out a new sound system or something, and he kept turning it up kinda loud, so then customers had to talk louder to talk over the music, but that only lasted a few minutes. I’m really hoping they don’t plan to blast music at customers. It was much nicer just having the soccer game on the tv for people to watch while they wait. As for T-Mobile itself, their website, and apparently internal tools for the employees, need a LOT of work. You basically have to do Google searches and read through forums just to figure out how to use some of the features. The mobile phone service is great, much better than AT&T, their Home Internet is awesome, MUCH better than Cox, but their apps and website are meh.

I started with this location 2009..Manager Rena is the best and a huge problem solver.. Customer service at this location is as good as it gets.. Employee Edgar really make it easy for me.. Corrected a lot of problems I had from another location with my new T-Mobile phone.. Only to this customer service who was amazing..at this location only for customer service to purchase ..and for amazing experience.. Thank you so very much.. Always the very best you as well. Edit 1 year later- nope. Luis C. Amazing. Other Luis. Awesome. I will literally *never* go to another tmobile. This one took a nose dive a few years ago, but it's back! They genuinely care about their customer service and want people to actually be happy. Love.

You know when you try and not be that douchey customer and bite your tongue when they mess up not once but twice. Well i tried but after a bunch of frustration you can only be so nice. This place tried to say my phone that i clearly bought there was not a product of theirs when i went in for warranty. They claimed that it was a phone from Sprint when i told them multiple times it was not, it could not be possible since the phone uses a SIM CARD. Along with that when i was waiting for the phone i call before driving over and i asked if the phone had arrived and they said no, when clearly UPS had sent me a notification that it was delivered. It took 4 visits to finally get my replacement phone. Yes i have all the receipts from when i purchased the phone and I'm a including a picture. By far the worst experience at T-Mobile!
