Best cell phone store in San Marino, California (CA) 2024

I came to the store because I needed help updating and setting up my new iPhone. And Chris was wonderful and helped me out with everything! I was locked out of my social media accounts because it was stuck on my Old phone. And he was able to transfer all of my info to my new Device so I was able to use all of my social media accounts. He also made sure all of my info was saved to my iCloud and double checked that everything was transferred properly. I use my phone for work so it was very important for me that it was done correctly. I was at another store yesterday for 3 hours and they couldn’t figure out what to do to complete the transfer. Chris figured it out in about 10mins. He listened to my issues and solved the problems. I recommend coming here for all of your phone needs especially when it comes to purchasing and setting up a new phone. Ask for Chris he knows what to do and how to do it fast and efficiently. 10/10 experience. I will be coming back to this location only from now on. ~Tess
