I came to the store because I needed help updating and setting up my new iPhone. And Chris was wonderful and helped me out with everything! I was locked out of my social media accounts because it was stuck on my Old phone. And he was able to transfer all of my info to my new Device so I was able to use all of my social media accounts. He also made sure all of my info was saved to my iCloud and double checked that everything was transferred properly. I use my phone for work so it was very important for me that it was done correctly. I was at another store yesterday for 3 hours and they couldn’t figure out what to do to complete the transfer. Chris figured it out in about 10mins. He listened to my issues and solved the problems. I recommend coming here for all of your phone needs especially when it comes to purchasing and setting up a new phone. Ask for Chris he knows what to do and how to do it fast and efficiently. 10/10 experience. I will be coming back to this location only from now on.

My phone had recently stopped being able to connect to any cell service and I was unable to make or receive any phone calls or texts. Obviously, that really made normal things like communicating with friends or coworkers impossible. I had gone to another Verizon store first but I was essentially ignored and so I gave up and thought "why not give the other location a chance" Well let's just say that after my experience at the store, ESPECIALLY while working with Kendall, this has now become my default stop for all things phone. Kendall not only expertly handled my issue, but also did so while being the sole employee in the store and juggling other customers. Kendall's bright attitude and cheery demeanor made the whole process of diagnosing my problems so much easier. At no time did I ever feel pressured to buy anything. So many times, I feel like places want to take your issue, tell you your phone is broke, and then sell you a new phone. Not here. Kendall took the time and tried everything in his power to get my phone up and running.... and succeeded! The location is good, the store is clean, and the staff take customer service seriously. Cannot ask for a better experience!

no help at all. just a waste of time. hard up-sell, no real knowledge of the differences between models, coverage, warranty, etc. Lots of interrupting, no listening. walked in with an activated phone that was having problems. walked out, after their "service", with a phone that wouldn't even activate. Really terribly customer service but the two working there seemed to be having a good time. If you want a clown show go here. If you want help with your Verizon product go elsewhere.

I want to thank Kendall V. For his amazing and outstanding service. I had a horrible experience dealing with customer service and corporate offices at Chino Hills and even worse experience in San Dimas. But Kendall was the best, I mean it the BEST, he called Verizon on my behalf and solved all my issues. No words can express my appreciation and gratitude to him. Thank you so very much, God bless you. I wish that other corporate offices have some of this excellent customer service.
