Best auto repair shop in Santa Ana, California (CA) 2024

They do not honor the prices they show. Very dishonest, I caught them trying to charge me $8 for 2 drinks that should have only been 2 for $4 based on the price tags. These guys are crooks. He got nervous, wouldn’t honor the price and took the drinks away off the table. Beware of this place. ~Roberto

Gas at $3.97 a gallon. That was with me paying cash. Biggest concern, is getting out of your car to go pee. The ground is uneven around the parking stalls and I actually trip for the grass was between the concrete and asphalt and hurt my hip. Good news is I got better, and didn't need a doctor, but the ground is still uneven in a place where people have to walk. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen. This is an easy in and easy out gas station. For some reason the gas stations across the street from them seem to have more business, but every time I visit I find them pleasant and I have no problem being first in line. I needed my starter replaced and this place gave me a fair price for my 06 honda accord. I saved quite a few $$$ compared to others quote. On top of that he was quick. I thought I would need to pick up next day because its Sunday but instead I got a call to pick up same day. 10 out of 10 I'll come back for future car problems. ~Nam
