Best money order service in Santa Ana, California (CA) 2024

Horrible customer service and will purposely recommend a service and not properly explain the option or any of the fee’s associated with it. Transferred approx. $30 which should convert to about 720 Mexican pesos ($30 x 240 pesos) but only got 300 pesos. The lady robbed me of 420 pesos or $16. Confronted her about it and initially stated that she didn’t assist me in the first place! What? Then she told me to come back on her next shift which would be 4 business days later. This place is a scam and will take advantage of anybody who may not be familiar with the “process”. ~Alexis

I'd rate it no stars if i could. This government agency is on it's way out hopefully. The associates are lazy, managers are terrible at their job, and the drivers put the mail in wrong boxes... Just close your doors already and stop wasting my tax money... ~Eric
