Best store in Santa Clara, California (CA) 2024

BEWARE: The store is under new ownership and since then the service is terrible! The previous owners helped us select wonderful tiles, which included us taking some samples for a deposit of $80. Then the ownership changed. We still ordered our tiles, and paid the new owner around $1,500 for them. But they would not take back the samples and refund the deposit, claiming it's not their business. On top of that, they managed to lose a portion of our order, and we waited a long time to get a replacement. We have another 2 tile projects coming up in the house, but would never go back to these stingy, unprofessional people. ~Marika
