They had a good selection of exotic cars. I was disappointed that after paying $750 a day for rental that they only allowed you to drive 50 miles. But they had great service. Will most likely try some of their other vehicles they offer. ~trevor

Very bad rental policy. When you make a reservation, their policy states that the availability of the truck is not guaranteed, while you'll still be charged $75 for such a "reservation" if the cancelation happens within 2 days before the pick up date. This is not reasonable. You either ensure the availability of the truck for the reservation, or you should not charge the cancellation, you can not do both. ~Zheng

Worst service I have ever met in my whole life. 1. I returned the truck with full fuel, but the representative was insistent on charging us for not refueling. I have to drive the truck to gas station to add another 0.3 gallons of gasoline. 2. I swept the trunk very clean, as showed in the following picture, but they still said it's considered dirty and wanted to charged about $25. What makes the whole thing worse is their horrible service and harsh language. They yelled at me and we almost fought! ~Ruizhi

LOOK CLOSELY AT YOUR RECEIPT! We borrowed a dolly and forgot to return it when returning our truck. We called in about returning it a day late and were told that this was fine. When we returned the dolly, we checked the receipt to see if there was an extra fee. They had overcharged us $125 (as though we were late with the truck) in addition to a $25 dolly fee. When we asked about the $125, they quickly and politely removed it, but the fact that they were so nonchalant about it makes me think that this is common practice. If we hadn't been checking about the dolly charge, we easily could have missed this ploy completely. ~Alex

Using this company for my move was genuinely the worst mistake I could’ve made. I was told the delivery would take at most 5-10 days - I’ve now been living in an empty home for over a month. After 10 days with no update, I called the customer service number on the contract and was told that they would call the carrier now and call me right back - and never got a call back. I called back the next day and this exact process repeated for 11 days in a row, no exaggeration. Finally I looked through my email and found a different number. Someone actually spoke to me and managed to get an “update” - apparently my stuff was still just sitting there because “smaller moves aren’t financially worth it so no one wants to drive it, sorry.” This is after I paid them thousands of dollars. At the one month mark I called again and was told, FINALLY, that my stuff was in transit and should be arriving within the next few days. For reference, the driving distance to my destination should have been about 2-3 days maximum. After 5 days of no update, I called again only to be told that my move had NOT in fact ever left and they are “still trying to find a driver.” So evidently they just lied and told me my stuff was on the way and then claimed they had no idea where that information came from. So now I’m still sitting here, a month after moving in an empty home. If I could go back in time I would use literally ANY other company on earth to avoid dealing with this. I would genuinely trust a random person off the street with my belongings more than these people. Do not under any circumstances use this company. I honestly am starting to have no hope of ever seeing my belongings again or receiving them months later. Absolute nightmare. ~Allyson
