This location is a little better than most. As far as neatness. But it's getting harder to find popular items at HD now a days with all the supply excuses. The lumber prices are redicilous high but the quality is getting really bad. Lots of damaged knotted and warped plywood and lumber. Not all there fault but when wood is not laying flat on the racks that's what happens.

My parents where making a large purchase. As they where checking out the credit card wasn't going through. The manager was not helpful at all, it was a very unpleasant experience. He wouldn't give them an opportunity to pay at a different cashiers or different card he treated us with disrespect. Told us to leave to get out. I felt because we are hispanic he downgraded us. If it was an American he wouldn't treated them the way he treated us. My dad always goes to Home Depot to make big purchases. I will never come to this specific store.

Not a lot of name brand tools sold here. Not the most comprehensive shop for auto or home goods but it's definitely budget friendly. Staff are ready to help and very knowledgeable.

It’s ok place but parking is very busy and very tight. Self check out is very slow. Update : I did online order and store pick up and it was extremely slow. They combine the return and pick up at the same long and slow counter. It was a hassles and I would order from Amazon or delivery . Not worth the time and wait .

The Home Depot beats all the other comparable stores with similar goods. Their selection can not be beat. The ease of going into the store and finding a very consistent layout is a huge help. It can be intimidating because they have a large inventory but ask a person in orange. They actually do care about your safety and your satisfaction. I like this location- good parking and wide isles make it easy to navigate inside and out. The pro desk area is almost always the fastest checkout line, and you don’t need to be a pro to use it.

Easy to get lost and spend way too long looking here. The staff is helpful - if you already know what you need - but friendly. Adding a star for their curbside pickup, which is very convenient. Getting an account + their app is worth it.

This home depot is not as big as some of the other stores in Bay Area. Still has a great selection ton and most employees are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They would have got 5 stars but because it was hard to find a particular cart they lost a star. The person I got the cart from and the person who followed me to my car to get the cart both complained about how hard it was to get one of the carts with vertical bars.

Went to Home Depot in Santa Clara @ 9:00 AM 04/07/2022, with no one at the Appliance Dept. , a young male clerk took time out helping me to find someone to place a major order for my kitchen. Ms Nina Chang in Flooring Dept. really went out of her way helping me placing the order. She was very thoughtful and thorough. I've shopping at this location for more than 20 years, but never encounter someone as good as Ms Nina
