They had a good selection of exotic cars. I was disappointed that after paying $750 a day for rental that they only allowed you to drive 50 miles. But they had great service. Will most likely try some of their other vehicles they offer.

Enterprise service was excellent in delivering and picking up while my car at the auto body shop in San Jose. The Model X I rented was fine, and the folks, especially Marco, at the Exotic Car Collection by Enterprise was first rate.

Reserved an exotic today. Manager Bryce literally did not show up, did not answer our phone calls, and we had to cancel our reservation. Taking our biz somewhere else. Don’t rent here. We spent 45 minutes at the facility and NO ONE SHOWED UP...even tho we made a $800+ reservation. Save yourself time time.

I went to get a car from one enterprise place and they told us the exotic car place was a mile and we walked over there and they went to lunch even after he knew we were coming. Then told us it was going to an hour. Sad thing is he is the manager. I will never rent from here again.

My car was smashed in the rear. I reached out to Enterprise for a replacement vehicle. Enterprise went above and beyond to make sure the insurance company paid for the entire replacement vehicle for the entire duration of the rental. Insurance company 0 stars, Enterprise 5 stars.

Very bad service. Reserved my vehicle and I was told to come pick it up anytime before 6pm. Went there to pick it up 4pm and door was locked and no one answered any calls. The door even had hours posted saying open until 6pm. Finally called second location in San Francisco and the person said we will take care of you but I never heard back. They totally dropped the ball and did not even bother to follow up. Very disappointed. I will never use this place again. Worst customer service ever. Very unprofessional. I’ve emailed to below address and absolutely nothing was done. These guys simply don’t care about their customers.

Please do not book from this location. We had a family vacation planned for a sprinter van and the manager "was promoted" and we were left without a vehicle! Please do not rely on this location for a car. Never go with Enterprise. Unprofessional
