My vehicle was in the body shop for 17 days. Insurance paid for rental . I had a very good experience from start to finish at the Sunnyvale, CA on El Camino location . Yoav (spelling) a student intern summer 2022 UC Santa Cruz. This young man was extremely courteous made everything quick and easy for me to pick up my rental and drive off. Same thing when I returned my vehicle yesterday it was him again. Didn't have to wait long, then he gave me a ride to the body shop to get my car. I wish all service people are like this , but they aren't .

Update - Got a new car after a week..! Worst service. Booked a premium car and when I went to pick up, they told they were out of them, didn’t even offered to upgrade the midsize suv, stuck with a stupid 2 door car.

Decent service. I had no choice but to come to this location because my usual awesome customer service location was closed. Assuming enterprise is not paying enough to keep quality employees. I will be looking for a different location. I just felt uncomfortable here I think the employees here get high on stimulants.

Samantha Hunt was amazing! This was one of my first times renting a van and Samantha made the process very easy. Working with her, I could tell that she was very knowledgeable and experienced. During the rental, our vehicle was unfortunately vandalized. I was so anxious to return the van to the agency since I had never experienced something like this and I was nervous to see how the staff would react. But the first thing that Samantha asked was if everybody was okay. The way she responded to and handled the situation put me at ease, as I could tell she prioritized her customer's safety over the condition of the vehicle. Samantha is a great representative for her company and I would definitely rent from them again.

This outlet on El Camino is really good. The people are very friendly and helpful. You may run into multiple chances of free upgrade and they have a pretty decent inventory.

They did seem a bit understaffed but they valued their customers' time and as a result, they were processing everyone and everything in a speedy manner. Do talk to Francisco when you go to this branch as he is cool. :)

Chose the latter and couldn't have been happier. The car was clean, feature-laden, and fast! It made my weekend trip to LA that much more convenient and comfortable. The staff here is also great.
