The lady behind the counter was super nice and I want to make that clear. But regardless of that how am I going to go into your place of business and have you tell me that you can’t help me because the computer decided to not work? I’m pretty sure most of what you do involves the use of a computer and you’re going to tell me it just stopped working? The lady reassured me that she tried everything she could and I believe her, at the end of the day I still have a service that needs to get done. Set ur employees up with proper equipment and proper training or something because I would have preferred not wasting my time. ~Fern

We decided to change from Verizon to T-Mobile after being Verizon customers for over 30 years. First, we met Edgar, who we learned was going to college and working at T-Mobile. Not only was he patient, but he explained our choices and costs of my husband's new phone, he asked us questions in helping us decide what plan was best suited for us. We got the new phone and signed up with T-Mobile. I waited a few days to make sure info important to me could be saved. I came in a few days later, and Luis helped make sure my important items got saved, which was time consuming. At no time did either Edgar or Luis make us feel like we were tech dummies, but treated us with respect and made us feel like they valued us as customers. It was a very positive experience and I would recommend them to everyone. ~Karen
