We decided to change from Verizon to T-Mobile after being Verizon customers for over 30 years. First, we met Edgar, who we learned was going to college and working at T-Mobile. Not only was he patient, but he explained our choices and costs of my husband's new phone, he asked us questions in helping us decide what plan was best suited for us. We got the new phone and signed up with T-Mobile. I waited a few days to make sure info important to me could be saved. I came in a few days later, and Luis helped make sure my important items got saved, which was time consuming. At no time did either Edgar or Luis make us feel like we were tech dummies, but treated us with respect and made us feel like they valued us as customers. It was a very positive experience and I would recommend them to everyone.

They were not able to help me. I had to call T-Mobile on my phone and they got me taken care of. Everytime I've gone to this store for assistance, I've been disappointed.

The employee Saul was rude and disrespectful. Maybe he was having a bad day but his tone, attitude and behavior wasn't appropriate or appreciated. Needs to work on his customer service. The manager Armondo let this happen and when I called customer service because I never received my confirmation email, turns out he never even placed my order!!!!

This site is Awful, they discriminated against my son twice and refused to provide him service to handle his account. When he asked to speak to the manager he was threatened that the police would be called if he did not leave & when he went back to the store to get a business card and name to report to corporate the police where there with there hands on their guns and sighted him with trust passing and he can no longer go to that store T-Mobile on 307 west Main Street in Santa Maria Ca should feel ashamed & I will never be a customer there ever!!!!

Closes at 7 and I went to get my screen protector changed looks horrible very poor customer service and my brother and i wanted an upgrade but the young guy didnt seem interested in making sales... Poor attitude when i asked him about the bubbles on both mine and my brothers phones kept trying to justify his own mishap...

sorry to be one of these people today, but there a few things to say. Their customer service is unacceptable. Starting with their manager juan. We called being nice and trying to get information on liberating a phone, and he was very disrespectful. Also, raising their voice to us on the phone. Also, stating that they couldn't call their customer service, which obviously is a lie. I understand we have bad days at work, but how they say customers come first. This coming from a manager is wrong, what can you expect from other employees if the manager acts this way. Also, we tried to get information of the district manager that is above him, and i quote he said the only way is email. Which obviously is a lie. Since, he will forward that email to the manager. More like the employee juan was trying to avoid from us to get a hold of his hire up. I hope the district manager sees what happened today, and speaks to the employees about this. we have the right on being helped and get better customer service.

Excellent friendly service & worth traveling out of the congested SLO area for it. Between all the on-line & in-store deals, the service & phones were a huge bargain compared to our old service.

The folks here tried to help (talked to two people) but I ended up having to call customer service anyways. I think the only other t-mobile store is in paso so if you are in San Luis Obispo you need to drive either way.
