During the ordering process, they are nice and pretty helpful. But once you order your fixtures, you no longer become a priority. I have been waiting for about a month for a piece that should have arrived weeks ago. Nothing is a priority for them and they don’t return your calls very quickly or not at all. The mistakes they make on the items are frustrating and they make everything seems likes it not their fault. It’s been challenging to say the least. ~Rui
