During the ordering process, they are nice and pretty helpful. But once you order your fixtures, you no longer become a priority. I have been waiting for about a month for a piece that should have arrived weeks ago. Nothing is a priority for them and they don’t return your calls very quickly or not at all. The mistakes they make on the items are frustrating and they make everything seems likes it not their fault. It’s been challenging to say the least.

I worked with PBK outfitting my entire home, three bathrooms and kitchen. They were absolutely fabulous. I'm now finishing the bathroom in a new home. I called them because I want to match the fixtures I'd used in my other master bath. The sales woman (Shelly) found my information from 4 years ago and was able to help me get everything together for the new bathroom. Great service!

We are currently doing a remodel/whole house renovation and were referred to PBK by our contractor. We drove down there from Ukiah and had a pleasant experience with Shelly, who answered our questions and helped us with what we needed. After some back and forth, my wife and I decided on buying a Kohler Shower System. We sat down with Shelly and ordered the unit on 10-3-17. We were told the internal components for our shower system would be ready to pick-up at our local supply store in Ukiah. Our plumber picked-up the parts and plumbed the shower for this unit. After waiting for a month with no calls (I know there was a fire within the following week in Santa Rosa on 10-9-17 so I was patient), I called down to PBK to see the status of our order as it was originally estimated to be there within 2-3 weeks. I received a call back from Shelly, advising that though we were able to purchase the shower, and they charged our credit card, the order could not ship from Kohler, as they were having problems with their oil-rubbed bronze finish and she was not certain of when this shower could ship. I told her our plumbing for this unit was already done in the previous month in our house and the subcontractors were waiting for the shower to cover up the wall and tile the shower. Shelly said there was no guarantee of when we could get the shower and tried referring me to other options at the store. I told her we already paid the plumber and would have to pay them more to replumb for another unit. She then said I could purchase a temporary shower head to place on the shower until and if the Kohler comes in. I spoke with my wife and she was not happy that we were allowed to order something that wasn't available. We saw the order didn't go through until 2 days after we were there, and by that time, there was a problem with getting that shower. We and our contractor called PBK and were not called back for a few weeks. Shelly called my wife and explained some options and we expressed our displeasure that our project was on hold for a shower we were allowed to order. Shelly said she would get a quote to my wife for options within two days. She didn't call back and after waiting a week, I called PBK to speak with a manager about the problem and at least give them a chance to make this right. I was put through to a voice mail that was non-descript. I didn't leave a message and called back and spoke with a floor representative about my problem. I was told I couldn't be transferred to the manager "Matt", but he would return my call. Two days later, I have not received a call from Matt and my house is in a holding pattern. I still have not received a call back from anyone. I really wanted to like this place as the staff was great during my initial experience. I get the feeling that something fell-through in the time I placed the order and the order was actually put-through by the company. I understand that things happen, and that can be explained, but no calls back and a large sum of money on my credit card + plumbing are a constant reminder of the mistake I made of going here. I don't usually write reviews but with the fires and many people rebuilding, I feel a duty to make sure people are informed of what this business is really like. When competing against Lowe's, there is no reason why someone shouldn't go there as opposed to PBK. Please take this warning seriously because as of now, I feel like I have been scammed by them and nobody is calling me back despite my calls to them (professional calls and not rude). I just don't get it...

I bought a new (to me) home a year ago. I have replaced the toilets and all the bathroom and kitchen fixtures over the last year. PBK has been amazing to work with. They have a great selection and the service has been outstanding.

I went here looking to pick out fixtures for a bathroom remodel. Nice showroom and was excited to pick out everything from the bathtub to sink and cabinets. And then came the service. A gentleman sat behind his desk and quoted pricing on some things that we pointed out. I was surprised that in today's environment of Internet sales that he never got up, walked us through the show room and gave us options. I go to brick and mortar because I prefer the in store experience. I'm looking for a sales team that cares enough to ask questions and offer support. Someone who at least cares enough to ask my name. He didn't he stand up. So we left incredibly disappointed. The internet would have been more satisfying.

I called the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend to ask if they would be open that Saturday. The woman's who answers the phone said "yes, we are open every Saturday." When I arrived on Saturday they were closed.
