Best pharmacy in Santa Rosa, California (CA) 2024

It is never as easy as giving your name and birthday with them. Without fail they always give me a hard time, saying that I don't have an account there and they don't have my prescriptions. They always have some excuse as to why they don't have my prescription and every time it's a different reason why. I have to pick up prescriptions for the rest of my life and dealing with them causes anxiety and stress every time I walk up to their counter. They're also not nice at admitting all their mistakes too. I go here because it's the cheapest for my medication but I definitely pay the price. ~Brikell

This is one of the slowest pharmacies I've ever been to. It seems to be run very poorly i have waited in line for over 1/2 hour with only 2 people in front of me. It’s not uncommon to have them spend 20 min on one customer and never does a second person come to the register to help out even though there are two. In the Petaluma Safeway pharmacy they generally have fewer people working and are at least twice as fast. ~Greg
