Brikell
It is never as easy as giving your name and birthday with them. Without fail they always give me a hard time, saying that I don't have an account there and they don't have my prescriptions. They always have some excuse as to why they don't have my prescription and every time it's a different reason why. I have to pick up prescriptions for the rest of my life and dealing with them causes anxiety and stress every time I walk up to their counter. They're also not nice at admitting all their mistakes too. I go here because it's the cheapest for my medication but I definitely pay the price.

☝️😬At the Mendocino Ave Safeway pharmacy not the store, it shouldn't be acceptable for them or any business to put customers on hold when they know that their system hangs up on you in around 2 minutes every time. Years ago I thought this was just a glitch but no, they mean to do that. If they don't want to talk then they should say so instead of claiming that they are putting you on hold. ✌️😊On the other hand, they did get me a good deal on a prescription & they didn't have to so I can't give them just one star.

I transferred all my Rx’s and have had a lot of issues with getting my new health plan to kick in along with a lot of new health problems and new doctors. A mess! But this pharmacy had stepped up and gone above and beyond to help me through a whole month of constant problems and I can’t say enough about them! Thank you so much!

I found the staff rude and unhelpful. I get if you’re stressed but no need to be rude when a customer is trying to understand the change in cost for a prescription. Will not be going back.

I have been a patron of this pharmacy for 8 years running because of the outstanding service. The patience and courtesy of the staff on this team have continued to amaze me over the years in a world where these traits are often non-existent. There have been, and will be a high turnover in staff which I have come to understand is normal in this industry, in this capacity. However, on the only single issue that I have had to date where I was unhappy with the way I was treated was handled with quick and precise professionalism by my favorite pharmacist Andrea. Heather and Christine always excel in their pursuit of superlative customer service. I challenge anyone to find a more competent and kind pharmacy staff.
