If I could give 0 ratings I would! WORST customer service ever! We were transferred to three different sales support lines to assist with our router! On account of that, we waited more than 30min just to be hung up on! the sales support ended our call and told us their support isn’t 24hrs! ridiculous! don’t go for this carrier/company! just disappointed to receive this kind of service.
