Changed there display as u walked in, very cold inside, Kolby assisted me. No longer a cox customer. Offer no specials. Tv, old dvr, 2 additional boxes for 2 tvs and slow speed internet 206$. I'm by myself an decided too much $$$. Another bye bye customer.

Cox and specifically this Cox store that 'helped' us to switch our account, sent a false collection to our account and brought our credit scores down. Their mistake cost us a higher mortgage interest rate when we tried to buy homes. This is so so unacceptable - don't use Cox!

Staff in this store are amazing. Online order got completely messed up. Store was busy on a Saturday, but we were still assisted within 4 minutes of putting our name down. Justin , who helped us, fixed all the problems the online staff screwed up. He did it professionally, courteously and efficiently. If you have an issue, go into a COX store. Do not deal with online.

If I could give 0 ratings I would! WORST customer service ever! We were transferred to three different sales support lines to assist with our router! On account of that, we waited more than 30min just to be hung up on! the sales support ended our call and told us their support isn’t 24hrs! ridiculous! don’t go for this carrier/company! just disappointed to receive this kind of service. Do better COX !

My mom and I just came from this store. Needed a few replacement items. The customer service was awesome. Within 30 seconds Malakai greeted us, got what we needed and was actually so pleasant and helpful. What a great employee. Cox is lucky to have you. So, in case no one has told you lately “Malakai you’re awesome!”

Fast courteous service. While busy, not crowded. Glad that not only did I receive a rcpt. they also sent an email confirming the transaction. Too easy to loose those little slips of paper, but an email can be arranged hived to retrieve years later if needed.
