Best auto repair shop in Thousand Oaks, California (CA) 2024

Very honest me and my girlfriend went here to get her break pads done and they came out with the break pads and showed us they were more than 50 percent. Saved us money today and made her and I a customer for life ~nick

I made an appointment for Wednesday, two weeks ago. I showed up for my appointment, waited almost thirty minutes and no one shown up. Someone, another potential customer I presume, stopped by my vehicle and asked if I was waiting for someone at TO Automotive and I said yes. I was then informed that they had not been opened the prior day. I left and tried calling, several times over the past week and half in fact and no one answers the phone and the VM is full. I've also emailed and no response. Hope everyone is ok and nothing serious has happened. ~LouAnn
