In Orange County for work was beyond excited PB had a week unlimited special for $69 and managed to sign up to workout on my work trip. This never happens. Also Ava had an incredibly challenging class that kicked this pure barre regulars 🍑 in a good way. ~Christine

Rosa and her Team are amazing! If you are looking for a great workout that specializes in 50+ adults you need to check out Full Circle Fitness! I am celebrating my 3 year anniversary this month with Full Circle and this is the first time I have every stuck out a workout program! It has been a life saver and I have now created a healthy routine!! Check them out!! The workout groups are small, the studio is clean and I have met so many nice people that have become friends!! ~Jill

I love F45! It's one of the only workouts I have stuck to and enjoy. Each workout is always challenging and different and the 45 min go by quick! The trainers are great, always pushing me and upping my weight and they always have modifications if needed. The facility has everything you need from equipment, music, and bathrooms/showers. We even were able to workout outside during the pandemic. I joined to get in shape for my wedding and I was able to lose 10 lbs and maintain a healthier lifestyle. Definitely recommend! ~Rachel
