Rosa and her Team are amazing! If you are looking for a great workout that specializes in 50+ adults you need to check out Full Circle Fitness! I am celebrating my 3 year anniversary this month with Full Circle and this is the first time I have every stuck out a workout program! It has been a life saver and I have now created a healthy routine!! Check them out!!
