I went to their website I called them and I asked if they have a particular pair of shoes they said yes I asked if they can put on hold and they did three hours later I called them again and asked them if it’s still on hold and that we are on the way to pickup the shoes we went to the store and they said that the shoes are not there anymore and it’s already been sold and that our pair shoes that we put on hold was not there anymore the manager was really disrespectful his name is Jordan we were asking for the manager and he said he is the manager and we are not perfect in a very immature way as well he was talking to someone on the his phone also talking to me. He proceeded to go to the back and started screaming and laughing. He is really disrespectful and I don’t know how they hired him to be in charge in that location. But one of the sales rep Anthony was really respectful and was very helpful. ~Veronika

Great home goods! The selection is constantly changing and this place is super packed with inventory and people. The staff has always been wondering and even though sometimes the checkout line is long, I don't think I ever stood more than 15 minutes before reaching a cashier. The manager does a pretty good job at keeping this store moving! ~Alex

Had a great experience at Lexus of Valencia!!! Ask for Danny, salesperson, he is the best! He provided great service, very knowledgeable about his job!!! He provided very detailed and informative answers to all questions so I didn't have any doubts about my purchase! He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Engine overheated called Magic Auto, and without hesitation said to bring the car in and we will take car of it. Was able to drop the car late afternoon and the following day received a call with diagnosis. Fixed and picked up the following day. This right Aid has a pharmacist that whenever I deal with her she is very rude and this is the second time I ran out of medicine using Rite Aid pharmacy do to them not having stock .Tells me its because they ran out . I am a regular costomer for over 10 years . Same medicine . Today is Thursday and she tells me she won't have my medicine in stock until Monday . She verbally onfirmed to me when I asked do I need to find another pharmacy that can help me . She said yes ! Iam starting to think its this pharmacist that has issues with me ~0MN1
