I ordered jalapeno cheese bite . I couldn't find any cheese just uncooked doe and jalapeno . I also, ordered bone- in chicken and requested my chicken well -done which wasn't and didn't didn't give me additional sauce I requested. I spoke to the manager prior to my order so everything would be correct. So I just wasted my money on a meal I couldn't consume then they didn't answer the phone ..they would pick up and hang up ~Kim

Average review from multiple visits: Would definitely go here for anything garden related, highly helpful and knowledgeable associates with good customer service. The rest of the store doesn't have an ounce of that. Majority of staff frequently standing in clusters socializing with each other and defer you to someone else not present when you ask for help. They say they'll get someone; who never comes, and the person that said they'd get help doesn't either. ~Andrew

Calling at 7:25pm. Took 10 minutes to answer my call only to be transfered to the tool rental department. On hold for 25 minutes with no answer so I call back the main line and have not had anyone answer in 15 minutes. Deplorable phone management and customer service 2 hours before closing. I was about to spend about $200 renting equipment and $690 in materials to do a renovation but will be calling Lowes. At least they answer the phone and give great service. Pathetic management of scheduling staff to handle calls at this location. ~JCamwell
