After almost a week of talking with a sales rep (Brian) via text about a used car we were interested in, we never felt pressured. Any time we had a question, he responded promptly without pushing us towards the purchase. And after we decided to purchase our car through Carmax instead, our sales rep wished us well and said to reach out if we ever needed anything. After finding some issues with our Carmax purchase, we actually returned it. And promptly contacted Ocean Honda because we liked how respectful and not pushy they were. We liked that we'd done most of the negotiating already through text, so all we had to do was go in to look at the car and decide if we wanted it. They made the process efficient and prompt. (The only reason it took time was because they allowed us the space we needed to test drive the car and talk about it privately.) It was refreshing to have such a straight forward experience. Our used car was in wonderful condition and clean when we drove it off the lot. Every person we spoke with was kind, respectful, and welcoming from the get-go and then appreciative and thankful after we purchased the car. I'd definitely return to Ocean Honda. And I'd definitely choose to buy from Brian again! ~Chelsea
