Best cell phone store in Victorville, California (CA) 2024

I don't know what a lot of these reviews are talking about. The staff is incredibly friendly, and really transparent about everything. Their warranty is really good and after a small issue happened with my phone they replaced the screen at no cost, and with my repair I got a decent discount for a new case and screen protector. I recommend them, it beats paying for a replacement with no guarantee. 🤷‍♂️ ~Jason

Wow... talk about an awesome fist experience! This is the store by Wing Stop. First, let me start by saying this store has awesome customer service! Ashley, Farrah, and Priscilla were amazing! They were all super friendly and accommodating to our needs. We just left another phone company only to realize we have been missing out. Verizon is the way to go! *Ashley is wonderful. She went over & beyond!! I'm so grateful. *Farrah is the district manager, and let me tell you, I can see why they picked her. She's awesome! *Priscilla was super helpful from the moment we walked in and made sure we got what we needed. *New girl (i think her name starts with A) she was very nice too. I watched all the ladies in the store be accommodating to all the customers that would come in. They are super friendly! More importantly, they are super patient and are so committed to really helping you out. That's very rare to find these days, more so in the high desert.
