Wow... talk about an awesome fist experience! This is the store by Wing Stop. First, let me start by saying this store has awesome customer service! Ashley, Farrah, and Priscilla were amazing! They were all super friendly and accommodating to our needs. We just left another phone company only to realize we have been missing out. Verizon is the way to go! *Ashley is wonderful. She went over & beyond!! I'm so grateful. *Farrah is the district manager, and let me tell you, I can see why they picked her. She's awesome! *Priscilla was super helpful from the moment we walked in and made sure we got what we needed. *New girl (i think her name starts with A) she was very nice too. I watched all the ladies in the store be accommodating to all the customers that would come in. They are super friendly! More importantly, they are super patient and are so committed to really helping you out. That's very rare to find these days, more so in the high desert. Thank you, ladies, for making our 1st experience a happy one.

Save your time & go to another Verizon store ! Worst experience I’ve ever had with Verizon. Completely rude to every customer in the store including me. Verizon needs to come check out how this store is doing business and teach the girls running the show what customer service is

Leila and Gianna gave me excellent customer service during my time at Verizon. Leila provided me with wonderful help on getting my number issue resolved and Gianna was a great help as well . They were both very patient, professional, responsive and just an all around perfect example of good customer service . Great people and wonderful environment they provided. Today when I walked into the Verizon store by the Wingstop on Roy Rogers the first thing I noticed when I walked into the store was how clean and organized the store was the staff there immediately welcomed me in and address the numerous issues I had with my two phones Priscilla set me down and immediately start solving the problems that I had I was very impressed with the knowledge and customer service skill she show she has patience and she didn't leave me with any doubts leaving out that store it's fair to say she went over and Beyond to accommodate the customer thank you Priscilla and your staff keep up good leadership

I walked in to get a new plan with Verizon 40 minutes before closing time. Their associate Priscilla basically kicked us out and said she couldn't help us because she didn't have approved time. Prior to me even speaking I heard her as I walked through the door saying "I should have locked the door." She wasnt busy, she was just laughing away with two other customers. If you're going to be in the customer service industry, you should learn how to treat customers. It's not our fault you hate your job. If you want another job go to college.

This place always seems to get everything wrong. The first time they created a new line on our account when all we needed was a line upgraded. Issue took a few months to resolve while we got stuck paying for the new line on our bill. Our most recent experience a sales rep sold us an item she knew we did not need or would solve our issue. She then refused to refund us the money when called out on it. Told us we could speak to the manager the next day. Upon calling and asking if the manager was in I was told yes. However, when the person answering the call heard the story he changed his answer and told us no manager was in at the moment and that they would have to call us back. Manager never called back and have been getting the run around for several days now.
