Best coffee shop in Visalia, California (CA) 2024

We like DD but all three of our iced coffees were nasty. Not sure what happened. Ordered them like we always do and tasted so bitter. Thank goodness they were free. ~Robert

They had gotten a bunch of boxes of new cups, but they said they weren't gonna open them up til later and told us they were all the same cups and clearly they weren't. Why Lie To Us? But we did buy a few cups that they had out and a couple of drinks. ~Mary

I mean overall it was alright. I ended up paying $13 almost $14 for these two 16oz coffees that weren't like anything super special. It's a really nice location and a good place to hang out but the coffee and the service were eh. The lady working, maybe mid 30s or early 40s with dark hair wasn't rude or impolite she just wasn't in the slightest bit friendly. Not the best customer service by far. Just really seemed like she didn't want to be there. The younger girl she was working with was super peppy and great so idk, the other lady just kinda tainted the experience further. Probably won't go back but don't hate it so meh ~Julia

Everyone is super friendly. I went in and ordered a few drinks and asked for a cup of ice as well, the girl there was so Friendly. After I told her I was gonna be watching my kids game she gave me a few cups of ice cause it was such a hit day. Everyone is usually friendly maybe 1 or 2 employees need to take notes 📝 ~Miraella
