They had gotten a bunch of boxes of new cups, but they said they weren't gonna open them up til later and told us they were all the same cups and clearly they weren't. Why Lie To Us? But we did buy a few cups that they had out and a couple of drinks.

Very friendly, always helpful when I want to try a new drink but scared too . Very energetic team! They always get thru the mall rush hours like a champ even when I’m on break ! To get a Starbucks! Love this store! Will be my go to store !

I work here at the mall and I say this with no bias, the staff here is super kind and sweet. They work as fast as they can and try to remake any order that's messed up (if that happens). I mobile order from here frequently and haven't had a much of a problem yet. Only complaint would be that mobile ordering items that say they're out of stock on the app that are actually still in stock in store. Other than that, I'm please with the service.
