The managers that were working today were horrible. The girl working the front of the store was great (long blonde hair Victoria secret entrance side) The managers were so scattered and stressed that it rubbed off on everyone and they purposely were avoiding making eye contact with me as they walked past me at least 10 time each. (Three ladies total dressed like they might have it together) it took me about fifteen minutes of watching them ignore me and my attempts to ask for a dressing room, where I started to realize.. this is why I shop online. And I set my bag down full of merchandise I would have purchased but was deterred from spending another minute of my time in a store where one girl was to greet us, help us find the merchandise and sizes, and she has to run to the back and get three ladies a dressing room, when there three ladies who should be held at the same standard, avoiding customers. Please train your managers.

The people are always super helpful, no matter what you need. They give you coupons & I LOVE the personalized assistance you are given every time you shop! 5 stars for the customer service! 5 stars for the friendly people as well. They are also very knowledgeable about all of their products we asked about & I never felt they were rushing us. The gals stay with you until you are ready to check out. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store!!

I had great customer service. Everyone here was just so sweet and nice. They helped me through every step of the way. I went to buy sport bras and just some new bras. And every employee who helped me was just as nice as the last. I had a great shopping experience. And plan to only shop at Visalia Victoria Secret.

They get the 3 stars for the BEST EMPLOYEE; which happens to be a man! He was knowledgeable, polite and Eagar to help! Which cannot be said for other employees. I waited 17minutes for a fitting room and it was NOT busy. I asked others for help but nobody wanted to help. ONLY THIS SWEET GENTLEMAN! otherwise I'd give them ZERO stars. YOU ARE LUCKY TO HAVE SUCH A VALUEABLE ASSET EMPLOYED WITH YOU VS. CHERISH THIS WONDERFUL MAN!

Cant stress this enough ladies please check your reciept everytime you shop here. The past 4 times in a row that I have shopped here they double charge me and give me the rudest attitude when I ask them nicely to fix it. Today I got charged an extra bra my total seemed odd and the cashier looked it over and said it was fine. I left and looked everything over when i went back and asked her to fix it she tried to send me to the end of the long line and when i said i was in a hurry she rudely did it with no apology. Today's cashier was #3023410
