If I could give a ZERO stars, I would !! The worse customer service I have ever experienced in a Bank of the West Branch!! I went in for a cashier's check. Literally took 30min, I understand the teller was in training but the trainer gave no communication as to the steps. Just standing around in awkward silence. Then the asst. manager Berenice reviewed the account to see where the funds were coming from, simply could have asked me where the wire came from. Ignored me as I tired to explain and walked away. How she is a manager with no people skills is beyond me!. I felt so discriminated!! Plus, they didn't give me an envelope for my cashier's check. HOW GHETTO!! And so UNPROFESSIONAL! Sure let me just walk out of the bank with a check of thousands in hand. I should've have gone to my home branch, but I was in the area and needed it asap. If you can avoid going, I would! ~Erica
