If I could give a ZERO stars, I would !! The worse customer service I have ever experienced in a Bank of the West Branch!! I went in for a cashier's check. Literally took 30min, I understand the teller was in training but the trainer gave no communication as to the steps. Just standing around in awkward silence. Then the asst. manager Berenice reviewed the account to see where the funds were coming from, simply could have asked me where the wire came from. Ignored me as I tired to explain and walked away. How she is a manager with no people skills is beyond me!. I felt so discriminated!! Plus, they didn't give me an envelope for my cashier's check. HOW GHETTO!! And so UNPROFESSIONAL! Sure let me just walk out of the bank with a check of thousands in hand. I should've have gone to my home branch, but I was in the area and needed it asap. If you can avoid going, I would! ~Erica

TERRIBLE SERVICES! DONT GO TO THIS BRANCH! They don’t like to work most of the time they take your time waiting and send you back home with no help at all!! Mooney’s Branch is good! Check reviews before going to places.. I will give minus 1 start so do not count my start. Manager needs to be more helpful and try his best to help issues instead he agrees to the bad decisions of the employees that don’t like to do their job! ~KM

I had a simple and easy experience. The staff member Monica was very helpful and made my multiple transactions easy. She answered all my questions with a smile, I asked a bunch too. I had 2 checks to cash and money to deposit into my card and a money order to buy as well. Monica helped me with all of those and made it easy. The staff is really friendly at this location and the selection of clothing and jewelry is amazing for how small the store is. Their clothing sizes include: XS, S, M, L, and XL from what I saw. The dresses tend to fall above the knee. I would highly recommend women check this store out for casual, date night, or occasion outfits. I bought two long-sleeve dresses for a winter wedding (guest) and paired them with over the knee boots since they were shorter. ~Bryanna
