Best physical fitness program in Walnut Creek, California (CA) 2024

I'm coming up on 3 years and still love it here. Rich and Elyse are amazing!! PMPT is nothing like your typical gym. Its motivating and fun. There is something new and challenging everyday to workout your entire body. We do HIT classes, strength, foundation training and stairs all around the bay... indoors and outdoors!! Classes are small, filled with good peeps and we have the cutest gym dog, Frank. I have learned so much and feel better in my 40's than I ever have!
