I've been going to Fred for training for a little over a year. My goal was balance, core and posture. I was never an athletic person but I'd like to stay strong and healthy as I continue to mature (age). :D Within a few months, I started to see the changes on my core strength. My clothes fit better and my posture was significantly improved. I am feeling healthier overall. I never thought I would be able to do push ups, which requires a lot of core strength, but I am getting very close to doing that now. Fred's sense of humor makes you feel relaxed even when you are going through some serious training exercises.
