Best gym in Westminster, California (CA) 2024

Love the variety of the workouts, the different days that focus on certain body parts & the mix of levels of skill-set of those that go. It's a large gym and you are able to modify the workouts accordingly. I like their attitude & their flexibility of class options (early AM/late evenings available) . Started going in June for the 21 day challenge - I didn't see a lot of results as I didn't follow a healthy eating routine along with the workouts + didn't go for like two weeks (my fault), but I continued the month to month and am going 4-5x/week and feel myself stronger & more agile. Especially working in an office...it is a GREAT release of stress. Wish the music sometimes was better, but each coach has their style. Really like leg days surprisingly! ~Marilu

I started attending this gym a week ago and I’m loving it so far! They have a lot of different class options and the coaches are really good at working with everyone at their skill level. All the classes are open to kids, teens, and adults and they divide the classes by skill rather than by age. Definitely recommend for anyone that doesn’t like the traditional gym setting but wants to incorporate a more active lifestyle! ~Jeanine
