Best cell phone store in Wilmington, California (CA) 2024

They're the best around. We've gone to several different metros in Carson, and in Torrance Lomita. They seem to be unable to help. When we go to the Wilmington location while the wait can be a little bit long it's worth it the associates are willing to help you and to guide you if you need help. ~Diana

This Metro store is so unprofessional they are racist every time I come in to that store I almost always have a horrible experience the staff are very rude the supervisors are rude the ars who ever they call on the phone are unprofessional they need training a guy was smoking marijuana infront the store with kids in there the staff didn't even close the door or asked the men to move a pregnant woman had to the store is fealthy there is one awesome sweet patient worker who always gets us in and out with great customer service skill vall or vell skinny long hair Hispanic she is a life saver after a nearly 2 hour stressful transaction where I experienced the worst customer service in my life vall came in and made it all so simple you need more staff like her, the other lady dragged me porting in from cricket worst mistake ever I regret it metro pcs made my life a living hell by porting my number in activating a sim card that couldn't go in a phone I brung in and because the phone couldn't read the sim card and its a fairly new phone I wasn't allowed the offer to get a 60 dollar credit from switching over because the phone that does not work has more value and I have to upgrade or loose my number when I didn't even pay for anything so basically tried to have me spend more money then attended I didn't understand they called several of they supervisors who all denied helping me even customer service who all denied could handle my manner because they only deal with blah blah I was so mad It took threats just for them to simply go in the back and get the little piece to that helps my phone I brung in read they little as sim card I hate this store 10000000 thumbs down I hope they close down soon and make VELL MANAGER SHE HAS ALL THE POTENTIAL THANKS VELL for helping me while managing a busy line because I had your horrible co worker busy for 2 hours thanks for taking that 2 seconds to do what she could have did 2 hours ago smh ~melody
