Best physical fitness program in Colorado Springs, Colorado (CO) 2024

I tucked it out at Pure Barre Colorado Springs for several years, and loved every minute of it! The workouts are intensely effective, and changed not only my body but my mind as well. Strength comes with moving beyond your comfort zone, and my life has been full of it! The staff at Pure Barre COS is knowledgeable, caring, and supportive, come what may. They are willing to listen, celebrate successes, and push you to your full potential. I moved, so I must go to another studio. Once a barre fly, forever a barre fly. Fully recommend!!! ~Tondalaya

I had an excellent experience dropping into CrossFit NCS. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The workouts were structured, challenging, and explained thoroughly at the white board. I would definitely drop in again next time I’m in town. ~Stacy

No complaints for me! For the price, it is a great gym where I can walk in, scan my card, get greeted with a smile, and then use the gym equipment. It's not huge, and I wish there were more duplicates of some of the equipment (rowing machine, chest fly) since they are often taken, but when I go in the morning it's not that bad, and there are plenty of dumbbell/cable machine options. If you spring for the black card membership, take advantage of their massage machines. They are so relaxing, and worth the price. Fair warning: they are currently renovating (November 2022). ~Jordan
