Fantastic gym for the price and locations!!! Super busy after work so I usually wait til around 6. Lots of cardio machines and always one available. And clean!!! Does not smell like a locker room like other gyms I used to go to. Going to check out the other location tomorrow. Feeling great!!! 💪💪💪💪💪💪

No complaints for me! For the price, it is a great gym where I can walk in, scan my card, get greeted with a smile, and then use the gym equipment. It's not huge, and I wish there were more duplicates of some of the equipment (rowing machine, chest fly) since they are often taken, but when I go in the morning it's not that bad, and there are plenty of dumbbell/cable machine options. If you spring for the black card membership, take advantage of their massage machines. They are so relaxing, and worth the price. Fair warning: they are currently renovating (November 2022).

Don’t do it!!!! Was told there was a $0 start up fee. They ended up charging me $39. Then two months later they charge me the annual fee which is fine. Because I knew about that. But here I am trying to cancel one month and a half later and they don’t want to refund either one of those even though I was told there was no start up fee. The manager at this location so rude not helpful at all and they want you to send a certified letter to cancel who does that. Just to try to keep you a prisoner.

I always enjoy my self care time at this facility. It's clean, quiet enough to hear your music through your headphones, friendly staff, and stocked full of all the equipment you will need.

The location here on constitution is always clean and a mellow atmosphere. The staff are friendly and very helpful. By far a great gym and experience. I've been to the Austin blufgs location and that one was the very clean, specially the men's locker room. The Staff wasn't very friendly either. I'll definitely keep driving the extra 2 miles out of my way to keep coming to this location.

I joined Planet Fitness on the advice of my occupational therapist following breast cancer surgery and radiation therapy. I am so glad that I took her advice... I love this place 👍🙂...my personal trainer is awesome, and I recently began using the Total Body Enhancement red light therapy booth. I am getting stronger and I am starting to the see results of the tortuous routine that my trainer puts me through....😲🙂... just kidding.... ANYONE can do it..

This place has absolutely the worst customer service of all time. If you have any issues with them. They act like they don’t want to help you. Or get upset that you are addressing a issue to them. Half the time they can’t help you. All they say is you gotta wait for a manager. All they hire is high kids. That don’t know what they are doing. They are strict on what you wear there. And don’t ever clean the place. The locker rooms are disgusting and always dirty. The people there seem to always be mad or hate the world always mean mugging you. It’s super dark and gloomy in there. And don’t even think about getting a refund if they mess something up. It will not happen. Just a bad atmosphere all around. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I've been coming to this gym for a year now and I havent had any complaints. The equipment is great, the staff has been friendly and fun to talk with, it's usually not too busy and the members have always been so nice! The staff is always cleaning the gym floor and I've never been mean-mugged once!

Whether you want to work out. Or you're going through such severe times you just need a place to shower and relax for an hour. Walking on a treadmill for an hour in AC is better than walking outside and heat. And at membership starting at about $10 if that's still going. It's affordable for most everyone.

Love this place. Been a member for years and have tried other more pretentious gyms but I keep coming back here. I just wish they would go back to the pre-pandemic 24/7 gym hours!
