I went in today to get my phone upgraded. Jeremiah helped me, and he was so beyond kind & amazing. For starters, it was only him & one other employee working on a very busy Sunday. I watched Jeremiah remain kind & patient with every single person he helped. Staff here are friendly and so helpful! I was having some difficult problems with a number transfer and Rachel spent almost 2 hours working with me, fixing the problem despite many hurdles.
