Best cell phone store in Englewood, Colorado (CO) 2024

Just came in for a basic phone accessory, well the staff there let me know I was eligible for an upgrade at no cost (about 2 years over due) they were very friendly and very helpful. The best customer service I've ever had with any at&t store. I've been a at&t customer for 10 plus years and now this will be the only store that I will go to. My best experience just made a loyal customer. The manager Lisa Sprosty was delight to have help me with all my needs. Hit her up anytime you need anything from at&t ~Steven

Last week I went in to ask if they can assist me in switching devices. Originally I had tried to do this over the phone and due to circumstances (metro tech support is outsourced and poorly trained) my service was disconnected. Sales lady w/ pink hair asked if she could be of assistance but was short, rude, and incompetent. Long story short, she didn't belp me switch my devices, she wasn't even WILLING to find out why (cuz it's not her job as customer care) and she tried to charge me $23 to get my service back on...when it was Metro PCS that made this whole issue problem to begin with! Never experienced such a lack of work ethic, knowledge in their own field, and care for a client. Absolutely unreal. ~Dove
